On normal fog days, esp. if he's coming out of statue-sleep when the fog moves in, he does have a Fog Form; in that case it's still pretty humanoid in build and only a little taller than he'd normally be for the change in build of head/neck (no extra mass gained) - think old-school Dragonlance Draconian, fully scaled and with full draconic facial features. His arms are a little longer, and he can drop to all fours comfortably.
